is the monthly, tutorial style "Tips for Effective 
Writing" newsletter. Whether you are writing for the 
web or for real life, each issue covers some of the most 
common problems people have with everyday writing, and 
helps you  develop your writing skills with tips on basic 
grammar, sentence structure, paragraphing, the writing 
process, elements of style and exercises to practice 
what you've just learned. Subscriptions are free and 
include access to the "Tips for Effective Writing" forum 
where you can discuss your writing and exchange ideas.

This Month's Contest

This month's contest entry is your feedback, comments
and suggestions regarding WorldWideLearn.com.

This site is starting to get fairly large now, and in
the next couple of months I'm going to have to redesign
the front page to accommodate all the categories. As well,
the selection of online learning resources on the web has 
grown tremendously since I first began building the site, 
and while this makes my job easier in some respects, the 
sheer amount of choice in sites offering online education 
also makes it much more difficult in terms of selection and
categorization.

So, before I begin to design a new layout in anticipation of
future growth, I'm asking for your input as to how you would 
like the site to look, what type of educational resources 
you are most interested in and what you would like to see 
in future.

Here's a few specific questions to get you started, but don't
feel limited by them:

Are you happy with the navigation on the site? How do you
feel regarding the colors and layout of the pages? Are
the pages loading quickly enough? Is there too much
information on the pages or not enough? Are you interested
more in general/personal interest learning or accredited
college/university level courses or programs? What other
categories or subjects would you like to see covered?
Would you like to be able to search the site in addition
to browsing by category? Would you like to see related
books and educational products offered for purchase at
the site? What do like about the site? What don't you
like about the site? How important to you are personalization
and/or "member only" features? Would you like and use a
discussion/bulletin board area?

Feel free to answer as little or as many questions as you
like and submit any other comments or suggestions that you
